Novice Team

The Novice Team is the beginning of the Dive San Diego competitive pathway. Athletes develop a competitive list on 1-

meter and 3-meter and begin learning how to become competitive divers.

1 Day a week- $232/month (13 & under only)
2 Days a week- $412/month

3 Days a week - $464/month 

4 Days a week - $515/month (2 Gyms 2 waters)

What we will be going over:

-Fundamental technique

-Takeoffs and board mechanics

-Body positions

-Somersault development

-Entries and body alignment

-1m and 3m dive lists

-Strength and flexibility

-Dryland and trampoline training

-Meet preparation

-Sportsmanship and team participation

Novice divers may participate in appropriate developmental and USA Diving competitions.
