Diving Information:
Dive groups: 1 Front, 2 Back, 3 Reverse, 4 Inward, 5 Twisting, 6 Armstand.
-Positions: A Straight, B Pike, C Tuck, D Free.
-Example: 103C = Front 1 1/2 Somersaults, Tuck.
-DD = Degree of Difficulty. Judges score execution; DD is applied in the scoring calculation.
-Judge awards are 0-10 in half-point increments.
-Judges evaluate approach, takeoff, flight/form and entry.
Backpack Essentials:
-2 Suits (please No 2 Piece bathing suits)
-2 shammies (if you can't find your shammy.... bring a wash cloth. We do drills that require a shammy everyday.)
- 1 towel
- 1 pair of running shoes
- 2 waters (we try and supply water and Gatorade but please don't depend on it)
- 2 snacks
- Workout clothing
-No denim.
-Yes, you can have your swim suit on when you arrive but you MUST have shorts and t-shirt in addition to the suit
-T shirts or proper fitting tank tops are needed in the gym. Nobody is going shirtless and please no bra straps or undergarments showing.
-Please No cologne or wearing fragrances in the gym.

-Let coaches handle technical corrections during meets
-Encourage effort, progress, courage and sportsmanship - not only medals
